NEWS: Uzbekistan produces 1.212m tonnes of fertilizers .

- Enterprises of state joint stock company Uzkimyosanoat produced goods in current prices for 2.011 trillion soums in 2014, which rose by 6.8% year-on-year, the press service of Uzkimyosanoat said.
According to Uzkimyosanoat, the enterprises produced consumer goods for 171.9 billion soums, which rose by 9.7% year-on-year.
The enterprises of industry produced 1.212 million tonnes of fertilizers, including nitrogen fertilizers – 979,240 tonnes, phosphate fertilizers – 136,510 tonnes and potash fertilizers – 93,360 tonnes.
According to the localization programme, the enterprises produced 234.2 billion soums in 2014 compared to forecast for 180.4 billion soums.
Within implementation of investment projects, including to investment programme, enterprises of Uzkimyosanoat used investments for US$184.5 million.
